About the program
Shooting for Peace, founded by NBA Legend Jerome "JYD" Williams, in partnership with Swiirl, is a multi-year, multi-city initiative dedicated to empowering youth through essential life skills and creative expression. We bring comprehensive financial literacy and mental health & wellness education directly to students and communities across North America.
Leveraging Swiirl's technology, we facilitate a scalable, district-wide activation model that engages students through digital resources, virtual interactions with Jerome, and opportunities to create content showcasing their journey and talents, including poetry, music remixing, and connecting sports with creativity (NIL).
